Mashed Boo-tatoes Halloween Recipe

.Ingredients.
Mashed Potatoes (from box or scratch)
Black Sesame Seeds


.Instructions.
1. Use a pastry bag (or even a zip-lock bag with a snipped tip)to pipe mashed potatoes into ghosts.

2. Place black sesame seeds as the ghost's eyes.

.Mashed Potato People.


Mashed Potato People Halloween Beef Recipe


.Ingredients.
1 cup milk
3/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 pouch (7.2-oz box) Betty Crocker homestyle mashed potatoes

Face:
EYES: peas, corn, mushrooms, olive
EYELASHES: herbs
EYEBROWS: ripe olive, bell peppers
NOSE: pickle, sliced radish
TEETH: carrot wedges
MOUTH: red bell pepper slice
EARS: corn kernels, broccoli florets
HAIR: shredded cheese, shredded carrots


.Instructions.
1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk, hot water and margarine to a rapid boil over medium-high heat (watch carefully to avoid boil over).

2. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 pouch Potatoes with Seasoning just until well blended. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

3. Meanwhile, cut 4 pieces plastic wrap, about 9 x 12 inches each. Line insides of 4 (6-oz) custard cups with plastic wrap; spray with cooking spray. Divide potatoes evenly among custard cups. Press firmly; turn upside down onto individual serving plates.

4. Remove plastic wrap from each potato mound; choose from suggested ingredients above to make faces.

Flesh and Maggots Casserole Halloween Potato Recipe


.Ingredients.
1 box (4.9 oz) Betty Crocker® scalloped potatoes
1 2/3 cups boiling water
1 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen cut green beans
1/4 teaspoon paprika


.Instructions.
1. Heat oven to 400°F. In 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except paprika.

2. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir; sprinkle with paprika.
