Red decorating icing writing gel
3/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
1/2 cup coconut-flavored rum
1/4 cup vanilla vodka or vodka
1/4 cup cream of coconut
Ice cubes


.Instructions.
1. Carefully pipe red gel around the rim of 4 to 6 martini glasses, letting it drip down the sides. Set aside.

2. In a pitcher stir together the half-and-half, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and cream of coconut. Place ice cubes in a martini shaker. Add coconut mixture. Cover and shake. Divide mixture among prepared martini glasses. Makes 4 to 6 drinks.

.Ingredients.
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup sparkling mineral water
Dash ginger ale
2 - 3 cups ice
1 cup vodka
Frozen vodka or sparkling mineral water
Mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish


.Instructions.
1. Chill 4 serving glasses in the freezer. Combine lemon juice, sugar, mint, mineral water, ginger ale, and ice in a blender. Slowly blend until thick.

2. Remove the four glasses from the freezer and pour a jigger (1/4 cup) vodka into each. Top with frozen lemonade mixture.

3. Add a straw and garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of lemon. Makes 4 servings.


.Tips.
Give an adult edge to these ghoulish drinks by adding vodka.

To make black bat picks, print out bat pattern, trace onto black cardstock, cut out, and use a dab of tacky glue to adhere to the tops of a clear cocktail stir sticks.

2 oz Twizzler vodka
2 oz cranberry juice

2 oz chocolate liqueur
2 oz vodka
1 oz chilled espresso
1 oz heavy cream

1/2 cup candy corn
1 1/2 cups vodka

For the Cordials:
2 oz orange liqueur
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 large egg white
Candy corn, for garnish

1. Infuse the vodka: Combine the candy corn and vodka in an airtight container; set aside for at least 3 hours, then strain.

2. Make the cordials: Add 4 ounces of the candy corn vodka, the orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with candy corn.
