.Snake-Bite Calzone.

Snake-Bite Calzone Halloween Recipe

.Ingredients.
1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
31 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, divided
1 egg white
1 drop each yellow and green food coloring, divided
2 manzanilla olives
1 cup pizza sauce

.Instructions.
1. HEAT oven to 350°F.

2. UNROLL dough on lightly floured work surface; roll or flatten to 17x10-inch rectangle. Combine cheeses.

2. CUT 1 pepperoni slice to resemble a snake's tongue; set aside. Arrange remaining pepperoni slices over dough rectangle, leaving 1-inch border around all sides; top with spoonfuls of the cheese mixture. Roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion, starting at one long side; pinch seams together to seal. Place, seam-side down, in "s" shape on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray to resemble snake.

3. BEAT egg white and yellow food coloring lightly with fork; brush about half over dough. Add green food coloring to remaining egg white; brush randomly over dough to resemble a snake's splotched skin. Insert olives into one end of dough for the snake's eyes. Add pepperoni tongue.

4. BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce just until warmed.

5. SERVE calzone with the sauce.

.Tips.
Special Extra:: Mix 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or dried oregano leaves to the cheese mixture before using as directed.

Frenchy Snake:: Omit ricotta cheese and pizza sauce. Substitute 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated French bread dough (at room temperature) for the pizza dough, KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the mozzarella and 14 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham for the pepperoni. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 16x6-inch rectangle. Spread with 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard to within 1 inch of sides. Arrange 7 ham slices down center of dough rectangle, overlapping slices as necessary; top with Cheddar and remaining ham. Roll up and continue as directed, adding the pimento strip from an additional olive for the tongue.

.Frankenstein Pesto Pizza.

Frankenstein Pesto Pizza Halloween Recipe

.Ingredients.
1/2 cup pesto (I used Classico traditional basil)
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
1/2 cup shredded Italian six-cheese blend
6-8 slices of pepperoni (hair and mouth)
2 onion slices (eyes)
6 olives (scars, eyes, nuts)
green bell pepper (nose, bolts)
red bell pepper (nose)

.Instructions.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix pesto and alfredo sauce together and spread over naan, leaving a border of at least 1/2-inch. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Cut a triangle out of each pepperoni slice and place across the top of head for the hair. Use leftover pieces of pepperoni (or extra pepperoni slices) to form the mouth. Cut ears (the bell pepper is naturally "ear" shaped, when sliced) from the green bell pepper, and cut two small pices for the bolts, at each bottom corner. Cut a piece of the red bell pepper in the shape of a nose and place in the center of the face. Slice two olives in half. Place one piece in each eye, and one piece at the end of each bolt. Slice a couple of olives into slivers and place them to look like scars.

2. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes (on stoneware* or baking sheet), or until heated and cheese melts. For a crisper pizza, bake 12-15 minutes.

.Creepy Mini Mummy Pizzas.

Creepy Mini Mummy Pizzas Halloween Pizza Recipe

.Ingredients.
1 pkg. (6 count) English muffins (12 halves)
3/4 C. prepared pizza sauce
12 slices mozzarella cheese
24 black olive slices
Green bell pepper, chopped into 1/4" pieces

.Instructions.
1. Preheat your oven's broiler.

2. Split each English muffin and broil (tops only) until crisp and golden.

3. Remove muffins from oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

4. Cut your mozzarella cheese slices into muffin-sized mummy bandages.

5. Spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each muffin half.

6. Top with cheese "bandages."

7. Place two black olive slices on each pizza for eyes. Give each eye a piece of green pepper for a pupil.

8. Bake about 10 minutes, until muffin is crisp and cheese is melted.

.Tips.
* This is so easy it is one of the best Halloween treat recipes to make with the kids. Let each kid assemble and devour his or her own mummy. Alternatively you can assemble them ahead of time for a Halloween party and cook right before serving.
* You can also do this with homemade or store-bought pizza dough. Simply cut into small rounds with a drinking glass or a biscuit cutter, and prepare as directed here (no toasting, of course). Raw dough may need an extra couple of minutes in the oven.
* In the instructions it says you need to toast the top of the muffins before adding toppings to keep them from getting soggy. Don't feel like doing the extra step? They'll turn out great even if you don't toast the tops.
* These little pizzas are also great with sliced pepperoni. Just add the pepperoni before the cheese so you don't cover up your mummy's bandages.
